Aedy Miller is a junior at the George Washington University, majoring in Journalism/Mass Communication and minoring in American Studies and Entrepreneurship. They’ve been studying or working in the field of digital media in some form or another for close to a decade, proudly getting their start in Central New Jersey. As a GLAAD Campus Ambassador and the former Digital Media and Advocacy intern for Garden State Equality (NJ’s largest LGBTQ+ advocacy and education organization), Aedy is a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ and transgender-specific rights and is excited to bring a queer lens to the opinions desk.
